What I Do:
Show people how to unmuddle their job search, but in a very unique manner and with an even more unique message and style. I work with their perspective of everything from the search process and themselves, right through to the hiring authority’s perspective of them and how to understand and influence that - impart a positive before the interviewer comes up with a negative, for instance.
They learn how to keep control of the process, keep their power (everyone gives it away), and what that means. I teach them about the subtext of each step and how that influences the outcome. They learn how to package, process, and spin themselves and why it needs to be done that way. I give them examples and verbage. At no time, do I ever, ever counsel someone to stray from who they are or from the truth. In fact, part of what I do is to help them to find both of those things.
In short, I help them find their perfect job.

This will get the message out to more people and on all levels. One on one is a time-for-money trade. I’m maxxed. My prices are climbing. That’s great for me, but what about those who can’t afford it?

I’ve achieved the previous two levels I set out to reach. This business is still very young but growing so fast it’s been running me the past two months. Of course this all sounds great, but the honest bottom line is that I want make a significantly larger income than I currently earn. And I want to do it while having fun at the same time. What I Do:
I am a small business coach and consultant. I work with small companies (usually less than 10 employees) to teach the owner how to be the CEO of his company. Most small business owners get into business because they are good at some operational aspect of their craft. I work with a specific client base: managers, program directors, and fund raisers for noncommercial Christian radio stations. I've devoted more than 40 years of my life to Christian radio, consulting stations in large and small markets in building relationships with their listeners, to strengthen the donor base of their Christian radio ministries.
There are more radios in the US today than there are bathtubs. (That's a dirty shame!) People spend more time listening to radio than watching TV -- and they're usually alone when they listen, so broadcasters can really touch their hearts.
Using my time-tested and proven strategies, noncommercial radio broadcasters build loyalty, trust, and mutually beneficial relationships. This translates into monthly income to sustain their radio ministry, and can even endow their station for future generations.

Working one-on-one with clients has limited my effectiveness. In-person workshops are great, but even then, I'm able to reach only 100 or so broadcasters at a time, usually at national conventions, and usually only for a couple of hours.
I've listened to Alex Mandossian for quite some time as he hosts the monthly "Ask Jack Canfield" teleseminars, and as a radio interviewer of some note, I've appreciated his razor-sharp laser-focused interviewing techniques. When Jack Canfield introduced me to Alex's Teleseminar Secrets course in November 2007, I couldn't sign up fast enough. (I was about the 4th or 5th person to register during his preview call.)
I realized that Alex was offering me the opportunity to exponentially expand my reach, beyond 1-to-1, beyond 1-to-100, to a virtually unlimited potential. Clients won't have to travel ... I won't have to travel ... and thus my training will be far more accessible to the average station manager.
