Our Cottages (the name of the company is The Cottages) are the next best thing to home. Our residents can maintain the maximum independence possible in a secure and very nicely appointed small residential setting where they don't lget ost in the crowd (maximum 16 residents per Cottage). They have their own private room with a full bath. We provide assistance with daily living requirements, home-cooked meals, laundry & housekeeping, and supervision of medications. I am taking Alex's class because we are not using any of the additional technology that is now available beyond our web page. We are not blogging, writing eBooks, using domain forwarding, doing webinars, doing teleseminars, or any other kind of seminars. As mentioned above, our residents are typically in their 80s or 90s, but they are not our target market. Our ideal prospect is the family member(s) who are directly involved with their loved one in making the important decisions about what happens to them as they age. This family member is typically in their 50s or 60s and have a parent who is needing assistance now with some or much of their living requirements.
